The Weipa Community Care Association is a non-profit organisation that provides services to the Weipa, Napranum and Mapoon communities. Our services include the Western Cape Women's Domestic and Family Violence Crisis Shelter, Healing Program (providing quality support and assistance to victims of DFV), RADIO (Remote Alcohol and Drug Interventions and Outcomes for youth aged 12-25), NILs (No Interest Loan Scheme), Mobile Support (referrals to free legal aid, court support, housing support letters), Community Connect (linking people to community and specialise services, through referrals and tailored support), Community Development (helping to identify community needs, developing and delivering programs, coordinating events and activities that build community resilience), Opportunity Shop, and Cafe
