At Weipa Kindergarten we are committed to creating an environment that is safe, inclusive, accepting, supportive and encouraging to all families, children and staff who enter through our gates.
We have two facilities, with the main building (Big Kindy) based near the town pool and the pebbles room (Little Kindy) based near the library. Each facility overlooks the Rocky Point beach and children are regularly encourage to participate in outdoor play and on-country walks.
Each facility is airconditioned and hosts both indoor and outdoor play areas, a sandpit, and the main building has a bush foods garden.
