WASP’s new Customer Portal is coming soon.
The WASP is very excited to share our new Customer Portal and Management software with you. Powered by Xplor Recreation, your Customer Portal will come into effect on Tuesday, 16 April 2025. The portal is accessible via your mobile, computer or tablet where you can:
Manage Facility hire & bookings
- Tennis courts and Squash courts – you will be able to continue to view live availability and book immediately into available courts.
- Tables at the pool - you will be able to view live availability and book tables for parties.
- Other WASP & WTA facilities – you will be able to view live availability of the facilities, and request a booking, this will go straight to the facility booking officer who will reviewyour booking request, saving you time in enquiring about when facilities are available for hire.
Book into group fitness classes
- You will be able to view, book and cancel group fitness classes.
Book into activities and programs
- You will be able to view, book and cancel creche bookings, WASP programs, holiday programs and learn to swim programs.
Book Appointments
- You will be able to view available dates and time, book and cancel body scans.
Purchase Memberships and visit passes
- You will be able to view, purchase and manage your membership/ visit pass.
Manage account information
- You will be able to add and link your family members to your account.
- You will be able to updated all of your information as well as manage your linked families information.
Procedure for current members of the WASP:
If you hold a CURRENT membership (paid up front and/or direct debit) or visit pass, or are a current Learn to Swim customer, on the transition date, you will automatically be transferred over to Xplor.
You will receive a log in via your registered email address, with a username (your email address) and a temporary password, as well as the link to the customer portal. You will receive this email on the live date.
- Click on the link in the email, enter your username and temporary password.
- You will be prompted to create a new password.
- Once logged in, you will be able to start using the platform, you will also be able to book into group fitness classes, the creche and court bookings.
- Your FOB will continue to work, as per normal.
Notes : please allow until COB on the go live day to receive your log in email, if you haven’t received one, please email us at wasp@weipatownauthority.com.au and a member of our team will come back to you. Throughout the launch, we will have staff here available to assist you as there may be some minor teething issues, however please be patient with us as we work our way through the transition period together.
Procedure for previous members of the WASP/ non members:
If you don’t have a current membership, visit pass or are not a current Learn to Swim customer at the time of the transfer, you will be required to sign up as a brand-new member if and when you decide you want to. Once you have signed up, you will receive log in information via your registered email address.
